Massage Therapy

My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and research, which drives my focus on personalized, person-centred care. I want to honor your individual experiences and preferences as I believe we are the best experts when it comes to understanding our own bodies. In our first session, we’ll start with a thorough intake to identify and prioritize your concerns, allowing us to focus on addressing them in our treatments.

I primarily use techniques that promote deep relaxation while also targeting muscle tension and other musculoskeletal complaints. Some of the methods I use include general swedish, targeted deep tissue and active/passive stretches.

I do not believe that massage therapy must be a painful experience in order to be effective. My goal is to work collaboratively and within your pressure tolerance so that we can find the techniques and applications of pressure that work best for you.

My passion for this work comes from a deep appreciation for the human body and its resilience, as well as my desire to assist others in living life with balance and vitality.

I was born and raised here in the Lower Mainland and have been living in this area since 2020. I graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2021 and prior to this, I completed the Massage & Bodywork program at the Vancouver School of Healing Arts in 2016. Both of these schools helped lay a strong foundation for my massage therapy philosophy rooted in patient-centred and compassionate care.

In my leisure time, I can be found trying out local restaurants, exploring the surrounding trails, and spending time with my cat named Fern.
